Our Property Management team came together this afternoon for a training session sponsored by Tri-State/Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Group Roofing & Sheet Metal Company. A big thank you to Josh Foltz for providing lunch and supporting an informative training session for our team.

Following lunch, our Senior Vice President & Director of Property Management, Amy Rogers, led a continuing education session focused on financial reporting and variance analysis, helping our team strengthen their expertise and continue building the knowledge needed to best serve our clients.

Candi McDowell: 22 Years as Association Executive for IREM Greater Raleigh-Durham

While serving in her role at York, Candi also dedicated her time and expertise to IREM—supporting the chapter’s leadership, coordinating communications and events, and helping foster a strong and connected real estate community across the Triangle.

Her organization, consistency, and positive approach have made a lasting impact not only within our company, but throughout the industry.

Together, these transactions represent more than 11,00 square feet of office space leased, highlighting the continued demand for creatively designed workspace in one of Raleigh’s most distinctive office destinations.
