FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB: What I love most about my job is the opportunity to craft unforgettable events while constantly finding new ways to elevate the client’s experience from the very first planning meeting to the final moments of execution. There’s something deeply rewarding about building systems that serve everyone involved: the client, our vendor partners, and our team—while still allowing each event to feel uniquely personal.
I’m a big believer in leading with intention. I thrive in environments where people feel supported, respected, and empowered—and that’s exactly what I aim to create within our event management team. At the heart of it all, my goal is simple: to create moments where everyone feels truly seen, heard, and valued.
