What a day in Knightdale! Last week we were honored to be at the ribbon cutting for Raleigh Rescue Mission’s new campus, The Garden. The crowd was full of people who helped make this possible, and the whole event was beautifully put together.
The Garden is a 101-unit campus for women and children experiencing homelessness. It includes a learning center with classrooms for infants through 12th grade, walking trails and a playground. Residents get a safe place to stay and a real path forward.
York Properties is proud to have played a small part through our support of the campaign.
Congratulations to Raleigh Rescue Mission and its leadership, the Town of Knightdale, Lennar, and every donor, partner, builder and volunteer who helped bring The Garden to life. This is what it looks like when a community shows up.
