Manager of Marketing and Venue Services
YEAR STARTED AT YORK

FAVORITE PART OF THE JOB
So many things, so little room…
The marketing role appeals to the perfectionist side of me. I love getting into the nitty-gritty with a project and making things “just right.” (You’d NEVER get a sense of this by looking at the mess I refer to as my desk.)
In my role as Smedes’ E.A. I meet really interesting people and occasionally take a peek behind the curtain of some amazing projects and organizations. It doesn’t escape me how lucky I am to be able to come along for the ride.

NC Real Estate License, NC Notary Public
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:
EDUCATION:
BA in English Literature from UNC Wilmington
BEST SATURDAY IN THE TRIANGLE:
I’m torn! On days when I need to recharge, you’ll find me in my back yard sitting around the fire pit with my family and a couple of neighbors.
Other times, it would be a trip to the Natural Science Museum with my family, dinner at Rockin’ Roll Sushi (’cause watching my kids tear their way through plate after plate of sushi is pretty awesome) and a late-night glass of wine with my husband on the back porch.
FAMILY
Husband, 2 middle school-aged kids and enough pets to qualify for a small zoo.
HOBBIES
Did you see that I have a job, 2 kids and a zoo?
